This class serves as a refresher for people who have already birthed before and are expecting another baby.

In class we’ll process your previous birth and review:

• Labor expectations for people having another baby and how they are different from your first birth

• How to decide to go to your birthing location if you aren’t birthing at home

• Comfort measures, pelvic dynamics, and options for movement in labor

• Protocol for emergent births

• What to expect immediately after birth and common postpartum routines

Class will be recorded for those who cannot attend the live session.

$40 for current birth clients/$60 for non-clients
